Flourishing Families offers virtual parenting education, in individual and group settings, using Dr. Debbie’s book, E.N.R.I.C.H. Your Relationship With Your Child.  Sessions are offered in a 3-, 6-, 7-, or 8-week educational series.

E.N.R.I.C.H. Group Book Talks – SIGN UP TODAY!

Is it time to brush up on your parenting skills or to learn some new techniques?  Join us by attending any or all seven Tuesday evening Zoom sessions!  Sessions are open to all parents, grandparents, caregivers, childcare providers, teachers, and parenting educators.

Sessions include the following:

  • June 3, 2025 – 7:30-8:30 p.m. eastern: We’ll discuss the “E” of E.N.R.I.C.H. which includes encouragement and empathy
  • June 10, 2025 – 7:30-8:30 p.m. eastern:  For this session, we’ll review the “N” – naming emotions and navigating negatives
  • June 17, 2025 – 7:30-8:30 p.m. eastern:  We’ll talk about the three “Rs” – respect, reasoning, and redirection
  • June 24, 2025 – 7:30-8:30 p.m. eastern:  This session will focus on the “I” strategies – identity and involvement
  • July 1, 2025 – 7:30-8:30 p.m. eastern:  Join us to discuss the “Cs” – communication and consequences
  • July 8, 2025 – 7:30-8:30 p.m. eastern: We’ll focus on the “H” in E.N.R.I.C.H. which includes humor, health, and happiness
  • July 15, 2025 – 7:30-8:30 p.m. eastern:  This final session will cover self-compassion, resilience, the ‘left-overs’ chapter, and topics of your choosing!
